Away Days are a three piece punk rock band formed of former Blitz Kids men Jono Yates, Matt Freer and Nic Montgomery.
 
Their self-titled debut EP was released last year, which Yates describes as “taking pretty dark and taboo subjects like depression and anxiety and put them to super uplifting music.”
